Pwconstruct is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial delivery of a major civil engineering package. The role covers procurement through final account, with on-site Didcot work and occasional Kent office days in a hybrid setup.
You will manage JCT and NEC contracts, subcontractor procurement, CVRs, cost reporting and variations, while collaborating with operations to maximise profitability on a £30m data centre infrastructure project.
