Location:

Based near Maidstone, Kent.

Salary:
Circa £33k Basic Salary + Competitive Bonus Scheme.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 8 AM – 5.30 PM, plus 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 8.30 AM – 12.30 PM.

• Providing outstanding customer service, acting as the main point of contact for all service-related enquiries.
• Managing service bookings and scheduling work efficiently to maximise workshop productivity.
• Assisting in the supervision and support of the service team to ensure high standards of service delivery.
• Upselling products and additional services to customers to enhance their experience and increase revenue.
• Handling customer concerns or complaints professionally, aiming for swift resolution.
• Maintaining accurate records of service transactions and customer interactions.
• Ensuring all processes comply with manufacturer and dealership standards and policies.

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor, ideally in a fast‑paced automotive environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused approach.
• Ability to upsell and maximise profitability through excellent product knowledge.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to support and motivate team members.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Understanding of automotive service processes, warranty procedures, and stock control.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanour.
