Maintenance Engineer

A well-established manufacturing business is looking to strengthen its engineering team with the addition of two Electrically Biased Maintenance Engineers. This is a permanent opportunity offering a unique Monday to Thursday shift pattern, rotating weekly between days and nights, alongside a competitive salary and the opportunity to work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment supporting a wide range of automated production equipment.

Shift Pattern Monday to Thursday Rotating weekly:
Days: 6:00am - 6:00pm Nights: 6:00pm - 6:00am Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday off

The Role As part of the engineering team, you will be responsible for:
Electrical fault finding and breakdown response Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) Supporting continuous improvement initiatives Diagnosing faults on production and packaging machinery Working with PLC-controlled equipment Maintaining drives, motors, contractors, relays and control systems Supporting mechanical repairs where required Minimising downtime and improving equipment reliability

What Were Looking For NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering Electrically biased maintenance background

Experience with in manufacturing, FMCG, packaging or production environments Strong electrical fault-finding skills
