Clinical Support Worker - Aylesford Unit

South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust is looking to recruit highly caring, compassionate, self‑motivated, honest, trustworthy, reliable & enthusiastic Clinical Support Workers to assist in the delivery of high quality patient care based in the 'Aylesford Unit' at Warwick Hospital.
The Aylesford Unit was opened in January 2009 to provide specialist cancer care. The unit also offers supportive treatments to non‑cancer patients. Clinical Support Workers working within the unit will gain vast experience working within both clinical and administrative roles and rotate through Reception, Phlebotomy, Outpatient Clinics and our Chemotherapy Treatment Area.
Main duties of the jobThe Clinical Support Worker will undertake high quality, caring and compassionate personal care and associated duties under the direction and supervision of the registered professional and working as part of the multi‑disciplinary team.
As a Clinical Support Worker (CSW) you make a valuable and important contribution to the delivery of high‑quality healthcare in the Trust. Your role is to support the registered professional in the delivery of safe, effective, compassionate care to patients and their relatives.
