Straight Permanent Role | £13.20 per hour

Hours:

Monday–Friday

Shift A: 7:00am – 3:30pm
Shift B: 8:30am – 5:00pm

About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative/Forklift Driver to join our team in a full‑time, permanent position. This is a hybrid warehouse role, ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of forklift operation and hands‑on warehouse duties.

You’ll be working within a busy, friendly, and fast‑paced environment, ensuring that goods are safely moved, stored, and prepared for dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

Operating forklifts safely and efficiently
Picking and packing orders
Loading and unloading vehicles
General warehouse duties and manual handling
Maintaining a clean, organised working environment
Following health & safety procedures at all times
Requirements:

Forklift Licence A MUST (Counter-Balance), In-House licences accepted
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving containers.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.

What We’re Looking For

Valid forklift licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach preferred)
Previous warehouse or forklift experience
Good attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A positive attitude and good work ethic
