Night Warehouse Picker – Watts Farms

Watts Farms has an opportunity for a Night Warehouse Picker to join our warehouse team on a full‑time, permanent basis. You will be based at our site in Aylesford and will receive a competitive salary of £32,409.57 per annum.

• Start time 2pm until midnight
• Working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, working an average of 48 hours per week

• Picking customer orders in a chilled environment
• General warehouse housekeeping
• Stock replenishment
• Quality checking to ensure the produce that is sent to customers is of the best quality
• Adopting a clean‑as‑you‑go policy within the Warehouse
• Ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to within the Warehouse

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is an advantage
• Previous picking experience is an advantage
• Reliable, ability to work in a team or individually if required
• Strong communication skills – ability to understand and follow instructions

Watts Farms is a third‑generation family‑run farming business, established in 1952. We are Growers, Packers and Distributors of fresh produce supplying many industries across Kent, London and surrounding areas. We also provide a Home Delivery service, offering freshly picked fruit and vegetables from our own farms in addition to a full range of grocery, dairy, alcohol and household goods.
