Night Warehouse Picker

Job Description

Watts Farms has an opportunity for a Night Warehouse Picker to join our warehouse team on a full‑time, permanent basis. You will be based at our site in Aylesford and will receive a competitive salary of £32,409.57 per annum.

Start time: 2pm until midnight. Working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, average 48 hours per week.

• Picking customer orders in a chilled environment.
• General warehouse housekeeping.
• Stock replenishment.
• Quality checking to ensure the produce that is sent to customers is of the best quality.
• Adopting a clean‑as‑you‑go policy within the warehouse.
• Ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to within the warehouse.

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is an advantage.
• Previous picking experience is an advantage.
• Reliable, ability to work in a team or individually if required.
• Strong communication skills – ability to understand and follow instructions.

Watts Farms is a third‑generation family‑run farming business, established in 1952. We are growers, packers and distributors of fresh produce supplying many industries across Kent, London and surrounding areas.
