New Hythe, ME20 Rate: £16.50 ph depending on experience

Hours:

Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week) Days, either 8am or 9am start time Job Type: Full-time hours, temporary, PAYE, paid weekly in arrears Senior Warehouse Operative/Supervisor Duties will include:
Being responsible for ensuring that goods are received, stored, picked, and dispatched accurately and safely, helping to keep the warehouse operations running smoothly every day. Senior Warehouse Operative/Supervisor main responsibilities Unload, check and receive goods into the warehouse Goods in/out Pick and pack items for production team Operate forklifts (mainly Counterbalance) safely and efficiently – in date licence required Carry out stock checks and support inventory audits Maintain accurate stock records using handheld scanners and PCs Keep work areas clean, tidy and compliant with safety and hygiene standards Work as part of a close-knit logistics team to meet customer deadlines Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader Forklift experience (in date Counterbalance licence essential) Good IT and stock control skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable, self-motivated and able to work under pressure Team player with great communication and a can-do attitude
