Warehouse Operative

We are looking for a hardworking and dependable Day Shift Warehouse Operative to join our busy fresh produce team in Aylesford, with a start date of Monday 17th August.

Working hours are 06:30 - 16:30 on a rota basis working 5 shifts out of 7.

You will be working on a full time, permanent basis and in return will receive a competitive salary of £31,909.57 per annum!

You will play a key role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly, ensuring customer orders are fulfilled quickly and accurately from day one.

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Managing stock movement by safely and accurately transporting fresh produce around the warehouse.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Supporting the team with general, day-to-day warehouse operations as required.

• Comfortable working productively in cold storage temperatures throughout the day.
• A proactive, team-player attitude.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and safely lifting moderately heavy items all day.
• Motivated, trustworthy and a good communicator.
• Previous warehouse experience is an advantage, but full training is provided!
