Warehouse Operative

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team in Ashford. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods while maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.

We are ideally seeking someone with at least 2 years of warehouse experience
, although candidates with relevant skills and a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.

• Receiving, checking, and storing incoming deliveries.
• Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders accurately.
• Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Carrying out stock checks and assisting with inventory control.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
• Operating warehouse equipment in accordance with company procedures (training provided where required).
• Following health and safety regulations at all times.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily operational targets.

• Ideally 2 years' experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties.
• Forklift licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach).
• Experience using warehouse management systems or handheld scanners.
• Basic IT skills.

Working hours 08:00-17:00 Monday to Thursday, 08:00-16:00 on Fridays!

£12.71 per hour.
