Location: Ditton
Netbox Recruitment is recruiting a Warehouse Team Leader for a fast-paced FMCG operation in Mid-Kent. You will lead the Picking & Packing team, drive improvements, and work to transform order fulfilment from a five-day lead time to next-day delivery.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will develop your team, implement KPIs, monitor performance and ensure safe, efficient operations. A forklift licence and hands-on leadership are essential.
