Aylesford - Accessible via public transport
£26,436 per annum - £31,590+ Overtime available
Monday to Friday | 8am - 5pm 45 hour week (Saturday overtime)

We are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and friendly warehouse team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong work ethics, good numerical skills, and a positive attitude who enjoys working in a fast-paced hands on environment.
Working within a small, supportive team, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched on time. Key Responsibilities
Picking and packing customer orders accurately
Labelling and preparing goods for dispatch
Loading and unloading deliveries safely
Carrying out stock checks and maintaining inventory accuracy
Performing quality control checks before shipment
Keeping the warehouse organised, clean, and safe
Supporting goods-in and goods-out operations
Working efficiently to meet daily targets in a busy warehouse environment
What We're Looking For
Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience preferred
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
A reliable and hardworking attitude
Ability to work effectively as part of a small team
Good organisational skills and a proactive approach
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties
Forklift experience would be advantageous but not essential
