Night

Shift:  From £13.65 per hour (PAYE)

Full-time & Part-time Positions Available
Monday to Friday, with weekend shifts also available

Join a Leading Parcel Distribution Team  The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our industry-leading parcel courier client based in  Maidstone . We are looking for reliable and hardworking  Warehouse Operatives  to join a busy warehouse team with  immediate starts available .

The Role  As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play a key role in ensuring parcels are sorted, processed, and dispatched accurately and on time within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Sorting and organising parcels quickly and accurately.

Scanning parcels using handheld scanners.

Loading and unloading trailers and delivery vehicles.

Moving parcels throughout the warehouse to the correct locations.

Ensuring parcels are labelled and prepared for dispatch.

Identifying damaged parcels and reporting them in line with company procedures.

Working efficiently as part of a team to meet daily productivity targets.

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area.

Following all health and safety procedures at all times.

What We're Looking For    Previous warehouse or logistics experience is beneficial but  not essential   full training is provided.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Comfortable working in a physically demanding role, including lifting parcels of varying sizes and weights.

Good attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.

Flexible to work additional hours and weekends when required.

Own transport or a reliable way to travel to the Maidstone site is preferred due to shift times.
