Location: Ditton
Netbox Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead the Picking & Packing operation in a busy FMCG environment in Mid-Kent. You will drive performance, implement KPI-driven improvements and shape the future of the warehouse with a focus on next-day delivery.
You will manage and develop a team, optimise processes, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Production, Planning and Customer Service to ensure accurate picking, efficient packing and on-time dispatch.
