Shift Pattern:
Rotating shifts – 6:00am–6:00pm / 6:00pm–6:00am

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Loader to join a world-leading packaging business. As a Warehouse Loader, your responsibilities will include:
  • Storing, locating, repacking and accurately recording products within the warehouse.
  • Carrying out quality-control activities in line with production and logistics requirements.
  • Monitoring the condition and performance of plant, equipment and processes using available systems and technology.
  • Identifying potential problems at an early stage and working closely with shift and day colleagues to resolve issues.
  • Carrying out risk assessments and ensuring compliance with safe systems of work.
  • Contributing to improvements in safety procedures and working practices.
  • Supporting a strong safety culture through effective incident reporting.
  • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping throughout the workplace.
What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Previous warehouse experience within a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • The ability to understand and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade 4 or above, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Good computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • A strong commitment to health, safety and quality.
  • A proactive, reliable and process-driven approach to work.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
