Care Home:
St Michaels Court
Hours per week: 24 to 48 (Part-time or full-time contract available)
Salary: £12.25 an hour

About The Role
Your primary responsibility as an Activities Coordinator involves creating and executing engaging activities tailored to each of our residents. You will also mentor and train staff on how to interact and engage with residents, ensuring every day is filled with special moments. Your role ensures residents’ dignity and self-esteem are upheld through meaningful interactions, positive relationships, and freedom to express individuality.

About You
We are looking for an Activities Coordinator with a positive, forward-thinking attitude who can inspire and lead others. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must, and experience in a care home setting is a plus. Previous experience in organising activities or leading groups is also beneficial. You should be assertive yet flexible in your approach.
