Monday to Friday 8.0am - 5.00pm
Permanent Full Time - 42 hours per week
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum depending on experience
We are looking for a Warranty Executive to join our fantastic team at Ayr Audi Dealership. You don’t have to currently be working as a Warranty Advisor; you could be a Service Advisor, Parts Advisor, or Technician looking for a change of path within the industry. Experience is not mandatory, as long as you have the drive and desire to succeed in the role and make a difference to the team.
You will receive on‑site training and will be fully supported by the Warranty Team to achieve Warranty Executive Accreditation with Audi, propelling you to become an industry professional in your role.
- Processing warranty/goodwill claims to manufacturer standards
- Assessing the quality and compliance of warranty job cards
- Invoicing
- Supporting with paint and body claims
- Chasing unpaid claims with the manufacturer
- Displaced parts management
- Liaising with manufacturers on claim discrepancies
We are looking for an individual with a technical background, preferably within the automotive industry, who possesses strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Must build strong relationships with colleagues and communicate comfortably with personnel at all levels within Lookers and the manufacturer. Mandatory strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
