Vacancy – Business Development Manager

We're looking for an experienced and ambitious Business Development Manager to lead the

operational and commercial success of our private implant and referral practice, Quadrant

Dental Practice.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader with strong business acumen, excellent

people management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. Working

alongside our clinical team, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, drive business growth,

develop referral relationships, lead the practice team, and ensure the practice continues to

provide an outstanding experience for both patients and referring dentists.

If you're an organised, commercially minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced

healthcare environment and enjoys making a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.

The candidate must have excellent communication and people skills and be able to manage

a team of Clinicians and Dental Nurses. Our practices provide the highest standard of care to

our patients including general and cosmetic dentistry. The Business Development Manager

will be responsible for providing leadership to practice colleagues to ensure we put patients

at the heart of everything we do to drive practice growth, increase revenue opportunities,

and operate the effective day-to-day financial management and logistics of the practice.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading the day-to-day operation of the practice
  • Driving business growth and financial performance
  • Building and maintaining referral relationships
  • Leading, motivating, and developing the practice team
  • Delivering an exceptional patient experience
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence
Key Skills
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate, coach and develop team members
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Experience & knowledge of Practice Inspections and Compliance
  • IT literacy of dental software
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
  • High level of professionalism and ethics
