Housing Officer Location/Base:
North (Covering the Ilkeston and South Derbyshire area) (This role is community based so out on site, and desk based with a combination of working from emh offices, community hubs and home)

35 hours week, working Monday to Friday Salary: £32,170 - £35,744 per annum (RFJ

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Housing Officer to join our communities' team. This is a fantastic chance to broaden your experience, build new relationships across the organisation, and get hands on exposure to varied and fast paced areas of housing management.

Role As a Housing Officer, you'll have responsibility for your own neighbourhood patch, giving you the opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of our residents. By building strong relationships, providing effective tenancy management, and tackling local issues, you'll play a key role in creating thriving communities and delivering outstanding customer service. You'll enjoy a truly varied workload, working flexibly between locations, including community settings, emh offices, and home.

No two days will be the same! You will:
