About Our Nursery – Busy Bees AyrBusy Bees Ayr welcomes up to 72 children aged 2 months to 5 years. Located on Ayr Hospital grounds, the nursery offers 5 bright playrooms, a secure garden, and access to woodland trails for outdoor learning.

- Support the Centre Director in daily operations and educational standards.
- Assist in developing and delivering an engaging curriculum tailored to children’s needs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain safety and health standards.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to staff for a cohesive team.
- Lead initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and promote a positive centre experience.
- Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling, payroll, and recruitment.
- Manage operational records and support financial planning for sustainability.
- Level 3 early years qualification or above.
- Experience with in an early years setting, with leadership or supervisory experience as Assistant Nursery Manager or Deputy Nursery Manager.
- Proven track record of educational excellence and curriculum development.
- Strong communication and organisational skills; focus on teamwork.
- Experience maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols.
