Due to continued growth and increased workload, our client is seeking an AssocRICS-qualified Residential Surveyor to join their expanding team, covering the Camborne area. This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor with experience in Level 2 surveys to join a progressive business offering strong earnings potential, flexibility, and structured career development.

The Role As a Residential Surveyor, you will:
Carry out Level 2 Home Surveys (Homebuyer Reports) Undertake Red Book valuations Conduct Level 3 Building Surveys (with training provided where needed) Produce clear, accurate and client-focused reports using leading industry software Manage your own workload and diary effectively while working remotely Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders Residential Surveyor Requirements Minimum AssocRICS qualified Experience delivering Level 2 survey reports Strong written and verbal communication skills Confident, professional approach to client interaction Full UK driving licence What’s on Offer?
