The Role As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will:
Carry out Level 2 Home Surveys and, ideally, Level 3 Building Surveys Undertake a mix of residential and commercial surveying work Prepare detailed and professional survey reports Handle dilapidations instructions and associated reporting Conduct expert witness reports where required Manage party wall matters and related consultancy work Deliver high-quality advice and service across all instructions Chartered Building Surveyor Requirements Ideally, MRICS or FRICS qualified Surveyors currently working towards APC accreditation will also be considered Proven experience carrying out Level 2 Building Surveys
Experience with Level 3 Surveys preferred Knowledge of dilapidations and project work advantageous Strong report-writing and technical surveying skills Excellent communication and client-facing abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively What's on Offer?
