Team Member Nights – Ayr

Hours per week: 30 hours. Pay rate: £12.84 - £13.84 per hour, with a night rate of £13.84 per hour for shifts between 23:00 and 06:00.

As a Team Member you will play a key role in welcoming customers, maintaining a high standard of venue housekeeping, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting the overall gaming experience.

• Ensure venue housekeeping is of the highest possible standard, regularly cleaning gaming equipment, floors, walls and other surfaces.
• Offer service rounds and refreshments in line with brand guidelines.
• Monitor customer behaviour, noting any suspicious or disruptive actions.
• Assist with administration to 100% accuracy.
• Help ensure promotions run smoothly and are successful.
• Deliver customer service in line with company standards, achieving customer satisfaction.
• Own and resolve problems, escalating where appropriate in accordance with the complaints policy.
• Interact with customers during the shift and intervene as appropriate, logging all interactions per policy.
• Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and adhere to brand dress code.
• Impart and maintain product knowledge to support the customer journey and enjoyment.
• Understand company policies and procedures around safeguarding.
• Actively discourage harassment, victimisation or discrimination against employees, management or customers on the grounds of race, sex, disability, age, sexual orientation, religion or belief.

• Strong communication and people skills with a passion for providing first‑class service.
• Experience working in retail, hospitality or gambling environments.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Flexible and ready to work a rota that includes weekends and bank holidays.
• Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail.
