Marks & Spencer in Ayr is hiring a Customer Assistant for our Food section. The role involves early weekend mornings (Saturday 04:00-10:15, Sunday 05:00-11:15) with an unsocial premium of £3.00 per hour for shifts between 22:00 and 06:00.
You’ll be at the frontline, delivering five-star service while meeting customer demand head-on. We’re seeking down-to-earth colleagues who thrive under pressure, are digitally confident, and ready to roll up their sleeves daily.
