2) Teach mainly 1618-year-olds , many with EHCPs or additional needs Manage a rolling cohort of around 60 learners (growing towards 80) Use existing Pearson schemes of work and prep learners for weekly exams Have one day a week for admin and planning from home About you Experienced delivering Functional Skills (reformed curriculum preferred) Confident teaching the 1618 age group SEN or employability experience a bonus You dont need to reinvent the wheel every things in place, ready to teach Teaching qualification is essential (AET 3 / PTLLS min) The vibe Friendly, flexible, inclusive team Worklife balance: no evenings, no weekend pressure Supportive management genuinely lovely place to work Perks 22 days annual leave  bank holidays  your birthday off!
