The Diocese of St Albans is seeking a Schools and Parishes Partnership Officer to join its Board of Education, supporting schools and parishes to strengthen collective worship, nurture young disciples, develop Pupil Leaders of Worship, and build a network of volunteer chaplains across the Diocese. A competitive salary in the range £43,000 - £46,000 per annum FTE (pro-rata for this 0.8 role).
Location - St Albans, hybrid Fixed-term contract for 3 years Part-time (0.8 FTE) 28 hours per week Primarily worked during term time Flexible working arrangements Essential Requirements:
Experience of working within schools Commitment to promoting educational excellence within a Christian environment Ability to build strong partnerships between schools and parishes Experience delivering training, projects, or educational initiatives Understanding of and commitment to the Christian ethos and mission of the Church More information in the Job Pack!
