We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Programme Support Advisor to support the delivery of the College’s Raising Income Through Skills and Education (RISE) and Training Access Fund (TAF) programmes. This rewarding role is central to our commitment to tackling child poverty and widening access to education and employment.

Working closely with the Schools and Community Engagement Manager, you will provide personalised support to learners, helping them overcome barriers, build confidence and achieve their goals. Collaborating with internal and external partners, you will play a key role in encouraging participation, enhancing the learner experience and supporting positive progression into further education, training and employment.

You will be qualified to HNC level or equivalent, or have relevant experience, with evidence of continuous professional development. You will have a comprehensive knowledge of employability and progression pathways and a good understanding of relevant legislation and national priorities in relation to equalities, inclusion and Tackling Child Poverty. Strong coaching, mentoring and partnership working skills are essential, as well as experience of providing support to young people and/or adults facing barriers to participation, preferably within an education or related environment.

If you are passionate about supporting people to succeed, thrive on building positive relationships and want to contribute to meaningful change within our communities, we would love to hear from you.

Please refer to the person specification for further details on essential and desirable requirements.
