South Ayrshire Council is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for the Home Energy Scotland contract, based at the Energy Agency in Ayr. This role involves promoting energy efficiency and providing advice to householders through phone and face-to-face interactions.
The successful candidate will benefit from extensive training, including City & Guilds qualifications, and will help deliver a world-class advice service while working in a supportive team environment. This is a temporary position until 31/03/2027.
