Monday to Friday 08.00 - 17.30

• Be the first point of contact for customers in the showroom and provide a warm, empathetic, and enthusiastic welcome to ensure a world-class experience.
• Represent the reception/showroom host role with a passion for delivering first-class customer service and a warm, friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain high showroom standards, keeping the space tidy and welcoming.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, balancing confidence and assertiveness when interacting with customers.
• Show warmth, empathy, and friendliness in every customer interaction.
• Handle a variety of responsibilities with strong organisational skills and attention to detail, drawing on previous experience in a similar role.
