Santander Ayr Branch is seeking a part-time Customer Experience Advisor to join our Retail Banking team. You will provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to customers in-branch or by phone, handling transactions, queries and sustainability of service.
This role offers a 12-month fixed-term contract with rota-based hours. You’ll engage with customers, resolve issues, and promote banking solutions while working within a close-knit team.
