At Home Instead, we provide person-centred care for adults aged 18 and over. Our Care Professionals and Support Workers offer compassionate support to clients with a wide range of needs, including autism, dementia, mental health challenges, physical disabilities, learning difficulties, and long-term health conditions.
You’ll play a vital role in helping individuals live independently, safely, and comfortably in their own homes. Whether you’re providing companionship, assisting with daily living tasks, or supporting wellbeing and confidence, your care will bring comfort and peace of mind to both clients and their families.
What We’re Looking ForWe welcome people from all backgrounds who are caring, empathetic, and passionate about supporting others. Whether you have experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant, Personal Assistant, or are looking to start a new and meaningful career in care, we’d love to hear from you.
Full training and ongoing support are provided — what matters most is your commitment, kindness, and desire to make a difference.
We’re especially looking for people who:
- Are caring, patient, and reliable
- Respect individuality, dignity, and diverse backgrounds
- Communicate effectively and build trust with clients and their families
- Are adaptable, professional, and proactive
- Hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle
- Have the Right to Work and live in the UK
Your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting clients with day-to-day living and promoting independence
- Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction
- Assisting with meal preparation, household tasks, and errands
- Delivering personal care in a respectful, person-centred way
- Observing and reporting changes in wellbeing and maintaining accurate records
- £13.00 per hour
