At Home Instead, we provide person-centred care for adults aged 18 and over. Our Care Professionals and Support Workers offer compassionate support to clients with a wide range of needs, including autism, dementia, mental health challenges, physical disabilities, learning difficulties, and long-term health conditions.

You’ll play a vital role in helping individuals live independently, safely, and comfortably in their own homes. Whether you’re providing companionship, assisting with daily living tasks, or supporting wellbeing and confidence, your care will bring comfort and peace of mind to both clients and their families.

We welcome people from all backgrounds who are caring, empathetic, and passionate about supporting others. Whether you have experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant, Personal Assistant, or are looking to start a new and meaningful career in care, we’d love to hear from you.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting clients with day-to-day living and promoting independence
• Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction
• Assisting with meal preparation, household tasks, and errands
• Delivering personal care in a respectful, person-centred way
• Observing and reporting changes in wellbeing and maintaining accurate records

• £13.00 per hour
