Cross Reach is seeking a Relief Support Worker to provide encouragement, structure and care to adults facing challenging times. You’ll step in for shifts, supporting recovery, daily routines and offering a calm presence.
The role requires kindness, good communication, and the ability to work independently, with SVQ2 or above (or willingness to work towards SVQ3). You must be PVG checked, registered with SSSC, and eligible to work in the UK.
