South Ayrshire Council is recruiting a Reablement Home Carer for the South Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnerships Reablement Service in Ayr. You will support adults in their own homes, deliver a 6-week assessment, and help them regain independence and confidence in daily living.
The role is frontline, with an early shift pattern (4 days on, 4 days off). PVG membership is required. The service emphasises a reablement ethos and close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
