HR Service Coordinator

We're recruiting for a HR Service Coordinator to join our HR Shared Services team in Hoddesdon and play a key role in supporting colleagues across the business.

This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. Reporting to the HR Service Centre Team Leader, you'll provide a responsive and efficient HR administration service across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding new starters and processing contractual changes to maintaining accurate employee records within our systems. About our role Deliver a high-quality HR transactional service across the employee lifecycle, ensuring an excellent experience for employees and managers.

Provide first-line HR guidance and support, resolving queries in line with policies and service level agreements. Process HR documentation including offer letters, contract amendments, and employee record updates. Maintain accurate HR data and contribute to reporting and management information. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide outstanding customer service. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the HR Service Centre. Develop knowledge across multiple HR processes to contribute to a flexible and resilient team.

Assist with wider HR Service Centre activities and projects as required. About you We're looking for an individual who is organised with strong attention to detail, customer-focused, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team. Experience in a customer service, shared services, or contact centre environment. Strong communication skills with experience supporting customers by phone, email, and face-to-face. Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. Confidence using Microsoft Office applications and HR or business systems such as iTrent and Service Now. Experience handling sensitive and confidential information. Strong administrative capabilities with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. GCSE English (Grade C/4 or above) or equivalent, and equivalent experience demonstrating strong written communication skills.
