** Ayr & Stranraer Agency.*
* ** About the Role
** This is an exciting opportunity to manage and develop an established portfolio of commercial clients, with a strong focus on the agricultural sector. While previous experience in insurance is not essential, a proven track record in customer service and ideally some experience in sales or relationship management is key.  
** In this role, you will:*
* • Build strong, trusted relationships with existing commercial customers  
• Meet clients face-to-face across Ayrshire and Wigtownshire, providing expert guidance and tailored solutions  
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts and introduce additional NFU Mutual products  
• Proactively seek new business opportunities (a smaller but important part of the role)  
• Deliver the exceptional service NFU Mutual is known for by going the extra mile when needed  
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the agency and a consistently positive client experience  
** About you*
* ** We’re seeking someone who is:*
* • Customer-focused, with a genuine desire to help people and solve problems  
• Confident and personable, able to build rapport quickly and communicate clearly  
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and keen to learn  
• Organised, with strong attention to detail  
• Experienced in customer service, relationship management, or sales  
• Insurance experience is welcome but not essential—full training and support will be provided.  
• Full UK driving licence required
