Housekeeping Assistant

As a Housekeeper with Cross Reach, you'll help create a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment where people feel respected and r work will play an important part in the daily running of the service and contribute to the wellbeing of the people we support.

• Clean and maintain bedrooms, communal areas and shared facilities to a high standard.
• Follow cleaning schedules and infection prevention procedures.
• Use cleaning materials and equipment safely.
• Respect people's privacy, belongings and individual preferences.
• Work alongside colleagues to maintain a clean, tidy and welcoming environment.
• Support pantry duties as part of your daily responsibilities.

You'll be reliable, organised and take pride in doing a job well. You'll have an eye for detail, a practical approach and the ability to manage your workload effectively.

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is welcome but not essential. What matters is your willingness to learn, work as part of a team and treat everyone with kindness and respect.

As a Christian organisation, you will need to have a respect for all aspects of Christian worship.
