Basic salary of £30,500 to £31,500 per annum, depending on experience, with comprehensive training.
Responsibilities- Support the store manager with day-to-day store operations including sales forecasting, effective scheduling, and cost of sales control.
- Maintain high operational standards to ensure efficient management in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead and coach the team to success, inspire team growth, and drive operational excellence.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience running a fast-paced, customer-led QSR or restaurant; experience as a floor/restaurant manager in the hospitality sector is acceptable.
- Flexible with working hours; stores are busy evenings/late night and weekends.
Basic salary: £30,500‑£31,500 per annum; comprehensive training; opportunity to work with a rapidly expanding franchise.
