We are currently recruiting for a General Manager to lead our Vertu Toyota Ayr dealership.

• You will be accountable for all aspects of the business, fostering a great working relationship with Toyota GB to ensure operational excellence. Effective people management and leadership are essential for motivation and a healthy workplace culture.
• You will be responsible for delivering policies and processes. Additionally, you will ensure that applicable legislation and health and safety for customers and colleagues are given priority.

The successful candidate will possess prior experience as a General Manager in the motor retail sector, demonstrating a proven record of delivering outstanding results in profitability, customer focus, and colleague engagement.
