Project Manager Havant £40,000–£50,000 DOE with use of pool car for any travel required Full-Time | Permanent – 40 hours a week Are you an experienced Project Manager with an engineering or supervisory background and a strong focus on delivery, quality and customer service? Join a growing engineering business delivering projects across the UK.This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to take ownership of multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.

You'll work closely with clients, supply chain partners, design teams and operational staff in a supportive, high-performing environment where safety, quality and continuous improvement are central to everything they do.

Key Responsibilities Lead multiple projects from initiation through to completion. Create and manage project plans, budgets, schedules and deliverables. Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. Coordinate resources, materials and equipment to maximise efficiency. Manage project delivery against contractual requirements and KPIs. Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and project teams. Coordinate drawings, specifications, method statements and risk assessments. Ensure health, safety, environmental and quality standards are maintained.

Skills & Knowledge Required Proven Project Manager experience within an engineering or supervisory environment. Recognised Project Management qualification is essential Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities. Ability to manage budgets, resources, schedules and project risks. Strong understanding of health and safety requirements. Proactive, adaptable and confident problem-solving approach. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
