Position: Charge Nurse x 2

We are inviting applications for an exciting opportunity to step into a Band 6 Charge Nurse role. We have 1 permanent role available (33.75 hours) and 1 maternity leave cover role available (33.75 hours).   • Provide supportive leadership and act as a role model.

Job Summary

As a Charge Nurse, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment where every team member feels valued and empowered. In addition to your clinical responsibilities, you will play a key role in promoting a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and learning within our hospice unit. Your leadership and dedication will be instrumental in driving positive change and ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care throughout their journey.
