NHS Ayrshire and Arran is seeking a Senior Charge Nurse to lead the Urology Theatre team at University Hospital Ayr. The role demands clinical leadership, delivery of safe perioperative care, and management of the theatre workforce to meet national and local targets.
The post is 36 hours over 4 days per week with an on-call rota and a 12-month fixed term for maternity cover. Applicants must be NMC/HCPC registered and have extensive Urology surgery experience.
