The Customer Delivery Driver rate starts from £14.18 an hour, increasing to £15.45 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week (minimum 12 hours). Flexibility is supported.

• Ensure the van and trays are clean and tidy.
• Keep the back yard clean, tidy and clear of rubbish; pick up litter when seen.
• Wash trays as part of the tray wash process.
• Load the van as required, checking its roadworthiness.
• Communicate with customers about changes to their order, including short code items and substitutions, and offer refunds for unsatisfactory items.
• Handle products/deliveries with care.
• Explain to customers that they will not be charged extra for substitutions.
• Deliver within the customer's time slot.
• Call the customer before arriving, if early.
• Notify the store/centre if running 30 or more minutes late.
• Build relationships with colleagues to promote team spirit.
• Warm and welcoming interactions with customers and colleagues.
• Act quickly to respond to changing customer needs and embrace change in the store.
• Energetic and driven to deliver beyond expectations, balancing home and work.
• Share ideas with manager and colleagues on improvement.

• Valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (Full or Automatic) for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points.
• Minimum age 18 (or 18+ if working before 6:15 am, after 9:45 pm, or in specific areas such as warehouse, beer, wine, spirit, counter, bakery, and driving roles).
