Position:An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent full-time Band 4 to support the Information and Support Services section of the Finance Management Accounting function.
Hours:36 hours per week.
The 36 hours will be worked equally over 5 days and the department do offer flexi-time.
UK Driving Licence:A UK driving licence is essential for this role.
What you will do:The postholder will provide direct support to the relevant Management Accountant and will be responsible for the provision of financial management information and budgetary reports.
Key duties include financial and budgetary support to relevant Management Accountant, budget holders, and all other interested parties.
Knowledge, training and/or experience required for this post:The postholder must be proficient in all Microsoft packages, but in particular Excel and Office.
Educated to a minimum of HNC level the postholder must be an excellent communicator and team player.

NHS Ayrshire & Arran may be able to offer visa sponsorship for certain roles, provided the post meets the minimum salary threshold and any other required criteria. When considering if a post meets the salary threshold for sponsorship, please note the salary advertised is based on a full-time contract and must be pro-rated for part-time positions.
