HC One is seeking a field-based Care Sales Executive to drive occupancy across our portfolio of care homes. You will grow enquiries, build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and families, and guide them through admissions with empathy.
You will manage a CRM pipeline, conduct consultations and home tours, and work with local partners to maximise occupancy while complying with regulatory requirements. A UK driving licence and flexibility to travel are essential.
