** Warehouse Operative
** based in
** Ayr**, you’ll be responsible for:
* General warehouse duties including picking & packing customer orders, unpacking and putting away deliveries which involves manual handling of heavy items e.g. boilers, sinks, radiators, and toilets and ensuring high standards are maintained in the branch
* Assisting customers at the trade counter by identifying their requirements and providing product recommendations
* Dealing with customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude
* Delivering plumbing and heating supplies to our customers in the local area when the main driver is on holiday This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday between 08:00am - 5.00pm.

* * Previous experience in a busy warehouse environment
* A positive attitude and a willingness to learn, including the completion of necessary training
* Full UK manual driving license is essential
