Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Azle is a community-based hospital serving the suburban areas of Azle, Lake Worth, Springtown and the surrounding areas. Located about 20 miles northwest of downtown Fort Worth, Texas Health Azle provides numerous services, including emergency medicine, surgical care, cardiology, wound care, pain management, radiology, rehabilitation services and an adult intensive care unit. • Nursing Diploma Nursing Req Or
• Associate's Degree Nursing Req Or
• Bachelor's Degree Nursing Pref
• Other - CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency Req

• 1 Year Experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting. Req
• 2 Years Experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting. Pref

• RN
  - Registered Nurse Upon Hire Req And
• BCLS
  - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Upon Hire Req And
• ACLS
  - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days Req And
• CPI
  - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training Maintained Annually 90 Days Req And
• NRPA-Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program Upon Hire
