We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to lead and drive the marketing strategies for both Ferla Bikes Commercial and Ferla Family Bikes divisions.
PositionSummary
As the Marketing Manager for Ferla Bikes Commercial and Ferla Family Bikes, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing comprehensive marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive sales, and foster customer engagement. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the cycling market, a creative approach to marketing, and the ability to lead a diverse team.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy aligned with the company s business goals, considering both Ferla Bikes Commercial and Ferla Family Bikes divisions. - Brand Management:
Maintain and enhance the brand image, ensuring consistent messaging, visual identity, and tone across all marketing channels. - Campaign Development:
Create compelling and innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty. - Market Research:
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and product development. - Digital Marketing:
Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, social media presence, email marketing, and online advertising to drive online and offline sales. - Product Launches:
Collaborate with product development teams to plan and execute successful product launches, including pre-launch marketing, teasers, and post-launch promotions. - Partnerships and Collaborations:
Identify and foster strategic partnerships, sponsor ships, and collaborations to expand brand reach and tap into new customer segments. - Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor a cross-functional marketing team, including graphic designers, content creators, social media managers, and more. - Budget Management:
Develop and manage marketing budgets for both divisions, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and monitoring return on investment (ROI). - Performance Analytics:
Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance using relevant metrics and insights to make data-driven decisions. Google Analytics, Target Ads, and SEO experience is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience (8+ years) in marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the cycling industry and consumer behavior.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
- Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt in a dynamic market.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in product launch and brand management.
- B2B and B2C Sales and Marketing Experience.
- Social Media Ads and Google Ads Experience
