Job Summary

Responsible, under the supervision of the Business Manager or Leasing Manager, for marketing, leasing, and pre-leasing apartment homes. Coordinate Move-In information forms and resolve resident issues/concerns. This is an on-site, full-time position working Tuesday through Saturday.

Key Responsibilities

• Leasing and Tours:
  Greet prospective residents, give property tours, explain lease terms, and guide applicants through the leasing process.
• Marketing and Outreach:
  Support marketing efforts, stay informed on local amenities and competitors, promote community features, and maintain online reputation.
• Resident Relations:
  Provide excellent customer service, resolve resident concerns, assist with move-ins, welcome new residents, and support resident events.
• Administrative Support:
  Process applications, collect deposits, maintain records, organize lease files, and handle daily communications.
• Property Upkeep:
  Inspect apartments and community areas, report maintenance or safety issues.
