Sie sind für einen kompetenten und freundlichen Kundendienst im Customer Care Support zuständig.
Ihre Hauptaufgaben:- Telefonische Beratung auf Deutsch und Französisch
- Bearbeitung der Tagespost / E-Mails
- Abwicklung von Reparaturaufträgen
- Erstellung von Reparatur- / Eintauschofferten
- Erfassung von Ersatzteilbestellung
- Bearbeitung von Retouren
- Allgemeine Administrationsaufgaben
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung EFZ
- Berufserfahrung im Kundendienst / Innendienst
- grosses Technisches Flair
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Französischkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse, (Italienischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil)
- Versierte MS Office- und SAP R/3 Kenntnisse
- Sie sind eine kommunikative und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit einer vernetzten Denkweise
