Your tasks
As a Private Markets Investor Relations Intern, you will join our Investor Relations & Marketing team and gain first-hand exposure to how a leading private markets platform engages with its institutional investors. Working closely with the IR team, you will support the day-to-day activities that keep our investors well-informed and our fundraising processes running smoothly – from preparing investor communications and marketing materials to supporting due diligence materials and responding to request for proposals.
The internship is well suited for a detail-oriented, curious, and motivated student or early career candidate with a genuine interest in private markets. You will have the opportunity to develop a strong foundation in the private markets industry and contribute meaningfully to fundraising and investor engagement initiatives.
- Marketing content development and maintenance:
Take an active role in developing, updating, and refreshing investor-facing marketing materials, including pitchbooks, fund presentations, teasers, one-pagers, and fact sheets–with attention to structure, storytelling, and brand consistency - DDQ and RfP support:
Support the preparation, drafting, and coordination of DDQs and RfPs from prospective and existing investors, sourcing responses from the firm's answer library and helping maintain the DDQ/RfP content repository - Investor communication and events:
Assist with the preparation of regular investor communications (letters, update calls) and support the team around the annual investor conference and other investor events - Meeting preparation and CRM support:
Prepare briefing packs and background research ahead of investor meetings, and help maintain investor and prospect records in the CRM system, including pipeline overviews and standardized reports - Research and market intelligence:
Conduct desktop research on LPs, competitors, and secondaries market trends, and summarize findings into short briefing notes for the team
